Disappointing
We visited Cadburys World last week, it was so hot outside at the park however there were no places to get a drink, the kiosks were all closed, the ice cream van was closed, both vending machines were out of order it made the trip very uncomfortable! The experience was average at most, the staff we encountered appeared to be very unhappy at work, not one spoke to us in a friendly manor, while tempering the chocolate the staff there literally looked like they were being forced to work! Considering the day coat us more than £150 I would have expected a little smile from staff! Sadly I probably would not recommend this day out.

A good day out for the kids .
We took the kids to Cadbury World. Disney land it ain't. Our grand kids enjoyed themselves and that's all that matters . Lots of free chocolate. They slept well that night . Either exhaustion or over did the chocolates? A nice experience. Unlike Coventry building society who used a forged mortgage to steal an OAPs home. The court case caused him to stop eating and taking his medication. He died a scared broken old man. Coventry building society does it really take 10 years to show him the unsigned mortgage he never signed?

Will never go again
Will never go again. I visited on easter Sunday with my 2 children and partner. How disappointing it was. The worlds biggest cadburys shop wasn't that big and i was so disgusted at how empty the shop was, what was there you can just buy anyway from a supermarket, it wasn't what i expected, i thought they would sell products you can't get any where else. My local b&m store sell all different flavours of cadburys products so it would have been better just going there!
The staff were friendly and helpful but the whole experience was just boring and a waste of a day. The pictures you see online to the actual experience are completely different. The playground area was just a normal park, the food wasn't that good, so you would be better off taking your own food. The 45 minute tour was not interesting at all. The part where you can write your name in chocolate on a worktop wasn't fun, especially when we had to share a table with another family there just wasn't enough room , so we exited that room. Queuing up to have a picture taken felt uncomfortable, fair enough the covid rules are relaxed but other people were just basically too close and breathing in my ear, it felt dirty and so uncomfortable. The toilets were dirty and smelly.
Considering it was easter Sunday i saw no easter eggs at all! It was a waste of money! But at least i have experienced it and know not to return again.

Overall - not worth the money
Took my granddaughter today. Tickets are overpriced (probably reflected by the fact it was not busy), much meaner than they used to be with free samples and very limited range of chocolate to buy in shop compared with the range they produce.

A nice family day out
After reading a lot of bad reviews about Cadbury world I felt I wanted to give a more positive review! I went today with 4 of my children, aged from 9 up to 16 and we had an amazing time! We loved the 4D cinema experience and the children were very excited about the free chocolate!! My elder daughter appreciated the chocolate writing especially as she is a budding cook. I thought the staff were lovely, very friendly and welcoming. I felt very safe, lots of hand sanitiser and everything was lovely and clean. For what I paid, I thought it was good value for money. We stayed about 4 1/2 hours because we weren't able to use the play park due to the weather. To be honest had it not been so cold and wet we would have stayed a lot longer but we were rushing about. I admit I wouldn't go again in a hurry because I don't think everyone would enjoy it as much the second time round but I genuinely think there was something for everyone. The only thing I do think lets it down are the prices in the cafe. We took a picnic (which we ate in the car like true brits thanks to the downpours!!) but if I'm honest they're probably on a parr with other attraction.

Lots of free chocolate
Lots of free chocolate and things to see/do. Nice mixing machine for a choice of chocolate. Nice ride through and great for the young ones.

Refund for non attendance due to covid.
Beware of getting a refund if you couldnt make it, even for having covid.
I booked four tickets but only three went as the fourth had contracted covid so had to self isolate. Mentioned to the booking line in advance and was told it would be fine a refund will be made. After visiting I queried the refund to be told all four tickets had been redeemed and therefore no refund due. This was not the case so i escalated it to a complaint to be told they had made an error and a refund was due despite them checking twice??. Waited two weeks for the refund and still no call back. I contacted them again to be told the lady who i was emailing is on annual leave for a further two weeks. The email address i was emailing was the main one, not personal, so surely was being monitored. Eventually i called and got through and got the refund.
Moral of the complaint is get the refund before you go or whilst you are there or you would be fobbed off.
